Welcome to Caernarfon Camera Club
Membership of the Club is open to all who have an interest in photography whatever their level of expertise, may it be beginning to get to terms with a digital compact or being eager to enter and compete in competitions at local, national or international level. Most importantly we want members to enjoy taking and looking at photographs.
The programme is varied and includes talks from visiting speakers, seeing photographs from national and international exhibitions, internal and external club competitions, workshops in which help and advice is available and an opportunity to show and discuss one’s own work in a supportive environment amongst friends.
During the summer months club outings to local areas of photographic interest are organised.
The club meets every Monday evening at 7:30pm at the Institute Building, Pavilion Hill, Caernarfon, from mid September until the beginning of April. However, Special Interest Groups will meet at 6:15pm until 7:15pm. There will be four groups comprising of Landscape, People, Monochrome and Creative and each different group will meet once every 4 weeks. The Landscape Group will be the first to meet on the 9th January 2012. By joining a Special Interest Group you will get the opportunity to share knowledge and ideas, at all levels, with fellow members. This is an informal meeting where members are encouraged to actively participate. We hope you can join us.
